• Shimano Freshwater 2-speed Reels ie Older Beastmaster and Bantams due to parts issues
• Shimano 1992 Series Baitcasters

PLEASE NOTE: We remove all line from spools to insure the integrity of the spool. If you want to keep your line, please remove it from the spool before sending in for service. Please do not use the original reel box to ship your reel in. We are not responsible for your original boxes. Thank you! * In order for us to honor your warranty, you must have purchased your reel within the last year and have proof of that purchase (receipt). Also, warranty work does not include cleaning and lubrication. Cleaning and lubrication will be performed at customer's expense. Shipping Instructions: Pack your reel securely and enclose a note explaining the nature of the repair, proof of purchase for warranty repairs, a daytime phone number, and your return mailing address (street address only - we ship Priority Mail or UPS).
